Fiber in diameter 0.1, micro fiber that can contain around 640,000 strands in a strand of hair, excellent in air permeability with lots of pores

Electrospinning

N2CELL has a mass production technology using electrospinning,
it produces nanofibers and nanomembranes with highly uniform pores of nano-diameter
with its unique electrospinning technology.

  • Unlike conventional methods of making threads, we have a key manufacturing technique to make Nanofiber by vertical electrospinning method that applies high voltage to polymer solution
  • Since many kinds of polymer compounds are used as raw materials, they have the advantage of excellent utilization of materials and applying to various fields
  • When the electrospinning process is carried out, Nanofiber gets tangled and becomes non-woven without any additional weaving process
